We are committed to protecting your privacy while providing you with an educational, analytical, and highly efficient AI-powered task management experience. This policy applies to all platforms where the app is distributed (Apple App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery).

🧠 Artificial Intelligence & Data Processing

Planexa AI uses Google Gemini AI, a third-party service provided by Google, to process AI-powered task planning requests.

Information shared: When you choose an AI feature, the task descriptions, prompts, and any document content you explicitly submit for processing may be sent to Google Gemini. Please avoid including sensitive personal information unless necessary.
Purpose: This information is used to generate task suggestions, priorities, schedules, and other AI responses that you request.
Your choice: Before any such information is transmitted to Google Gemini, the app displays a notice identifying Google Gemini, explaining the information to be shared, and asks for your explicit consent. If you decline, that AI request is not sent. Non-AI functions remain available where supported.
Security and retention: We transmit requests using encrypted connections. Google may process and retain data in accordance with the terms and policies applicable to the Gemini service and our account configuration. We do not claim immediate deletion or zero model training unless independently verified for the specific service in use.

To ensure Planexa AI operates smoothly across your devices, we collect minimal operational data:

Task & Schedule Data: Your generated tasks and schedules are stored locally on your device or synced securely if you create an account.
Advertising Identifiers: We collect GAID (Android), IDFA (iOS), or OAID (Huawei) to serve advertisements.

💎 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Planexa AI offers premium features (such as increased document processing limits or ad removal) via in-app purchases and subscriptions.

We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial data on our servers.
All billing is handled securely by the official platforms (Google Play Billing, Apple App Store, or Huawei In-App Purchases).

Data Deletion Request:
You have full control over your productivity data. You can delete all your tasks, documents, and account information directly from the app's settings menu at any time. Alternatively, you can contact us at mesferapps@norstep.com to request full data deletion.

لا نحتفظ ببياناتك المالية: نحن لا نقوم بجمع، أو معالجة، أو تخزين أي تفاصيل خاصة ببطاقتك الائتمانية.
